Express Wash Operations’ Magnolia Wash Holdings has announced the completion of a series of acquisitions and openings. The company closed several purchases as well as celebrated inaugurations through December and early January as part of its expansion strategy in the Southeast region of the United States.

The car wash brand successfully opened a new Wave Wash site in Ohio in December as well as acquiring other brands throughout the nation. These include four sites in North Carolina, three 5-Star Car Wash locations and a Rivers Edge Car Wash and Race, one Racers Edge Car Wash in Virginia, and three in Florida, two Car Wash U sites located in Jacksonville and one Blue Sky location in Panama City Beach.

Thanks to these operations, the firm has grown their portfolio of operated car wash locations across the country up to 52. As stated in a company press release published by the news site Carwash.com, Magnolia’s strategy is to operate multiple brands across local markets in order to create regional density through its businesses.

Founded by Frank Bennet and Brooks Moye in 2014, the company is actively pursuing acquisition and development opportunities across the Southeast region. In September of last year, the firm announced the acquisition of 16 sites in the territory as part of its strategy to widen its footprint.
