We’ve Got Spirit

Despite a growing portfolio, the Magnolia Wash Holdings leadership team makes it their mission to maintain an entrepreneurial, small-company spirit. By keeping brands “in the family,” and allowing for employee and customer relationships to remain local and loyal, individual sites are able to build upon what makes them individually unique while also benefiting from the larger entity.

With a “customer centric and employee focused” philosophy, the entire ecosystem thrives, promoting loyalty across the board and driving growth. While we continue to grow, site managers are empowered with the tools, training, and autonomy they need to deliver an experience they can feel good about every day. By keeping a growing company small, we are able to ensure that operational excellence is at the forefront of our day-to-day interactions while we continue to drive growth.
